What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You’ll need a valid ID card or passport, as well as a valid category B driving licence.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reach us by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or Viber. We’ll immediately send you the list of available vehicles along with all the information you need.
What is the deposit, and is it actually charged?
The deposit is a security amount that’s held (not charged) when you pick up the vehicle, as a guarantee against damage, traffic violations, late return, or returning the car in a different condition. Once the vehicle is checked on return, the deposit is automatically released.
Are all of your vehicles automatic?
Yes, Rent a Car Samo Automatic rents out only cars and scooters with automatic transmission.
Can I pick up the vehicle somewhere other than the office, e.g. at the airport?
Yes, pickup and return are available at multiple locations, for a corresponding delivery fee.
How is the total rental price calculated?
The price is set in advance based on the rental duration, vehicle category, and any additional equipment — no hidden costs, everything is transparent.
