The entire vehicle reservation and handover procedure takes only a few minutes, saving both your time and ours, making the service more practical and efficient.
Below we explain what the whole process looks like, step by step.
1. Quick and easy reservation
You can reach us by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or Viber – whichever suits you best.
We will immediately send you a list of available vehicles, along with any other necessary information.
Choose the vehicle that suits you best and let us know the pickup date and time.
Let us know if you are leaving the country, so we can prepare all the necessary documentation.
2. Arrival at the office and vehicle pickup
The vehicle pickup process itself is quick and takes only a few minutes. Upon arrival you will need to have:
- a valid ID card or passport
- a valid category B driving licence
We will prepare the contract, explain the terms and show you all the vehicle’s features.
Before departure, we jointly carry out a visual inspection of the car to fully protect both you and the rent-a-car company.
Payment of the rental fee and deposit is made when you pick up the vehicle.
3. How does billing work?
One of the biggest advantages of Samo Automatic Rent a Car is that everything with us is transparent, completely clear, simple and fair.
Deposit (security amount)
The deposit is left when picking up the vehicle and serves as a guarantee in case of:
- damage
- traffic violations
- late return of the vehicle
– return of the vehicle in a different condition (fuel level, cleanliness)
The deposit is not charged — it is only held and is automatically refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
Prices and payment
The total price is calculated in advance, based on:
- rental duration
- car category
- additional equipment
There are no unexpected costs — everything is explained in advance.
Returning the vehicle
Upon return, the vehicle is inspected and, if everything is in order, the deposit is refunded and there are no additional charges.
